Client: Temple Anshe Sholom
Project: Rabbi Bernard Baskin Book

Some projects just have a certain magic to them. Such was the case with our work for Temple Anshe Sholom, of Hamilton, Canada. The congregation wanted to publish a commemorative book for Rabbi Bernard Baskin on the 60th anniversary of his ordination. The book collected the best of his thoughtful, and thought-provoking, columns published over the years in The Hamilton Spectator.

The project was a very personal project for the Temple, which wanted a publication that would be a fitting tribute to its beloved rabbi. The feeling was contagious, and we worked diligently and with the utmost care to make the Temple’s every wish come true. The final publication has a sophisticated and polished look, brimming with beautiful photos from Rabbi Baskin’s life and career. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results, and our client feels the same way.

“As you already know, The Essential Bernard Baskin is a huge success. Everyone has commented on the splendid format and creative design. I want you to know that I am most appreciative of your thoughtful and generous concern in this project.”
— Rabbi Emeritus Bernard Baskin, Temple Anshe Sholom
